All of the suffering in the world and of the world
All of the pain, the confusion, the misery
All of the hate and the anger
All of the fear, the anxiety
All the pangs of desire, separation, craving
All the confusion, the lost souls with no home to go home to
It is all so much to bear

To embrace all the suffering of Humanity
To look my brothers and sisters in the eyes
To live in the wounded world.
To joyfully participate
To drink their tears, to consume their pain
To feel without hiding, without defences
To be a witness to the suffering of Man
